Blackbird looks like it’s going to be a RAD killer for me. BBS in two passes two days in a row. Zero discomfort or irritation or weepers.

Makes me doubly sick that I missed out on the BrassBird.

I'm hoping Shane will re-release the brassbird at some point.

Third day in a row, third no fuss BBS. I was thinking after the first shave that I might need the Lite baseplate for everyday shaves but apparently not.

I may have to let my other razors go.

Unfortunately copper fans would have to purchase a couple dozen units each for that to make business sense. Copper does not sell.

Fourth consecutive day of using the BB. New Gillette 7 o’clock yellow blade, ToBS sandalwood soap.

One pass (mostly) BBS.

Looks like I’m done buying razors.

Are the Ti lite plates only going to be released in a satin finish? I have a machined finish on my blackbird Ti.

That's what I was curious to know. I would appreciate if anyone who has bought Satin lite plate post some pics of the razor in machined finish to understand how well they go with each other.
