Hopefully next month. We will have 85mm and 101mm handles available.

How does the blackbird compare for smooth feeling to say a Timeless 95 gap SB? When I speak of smooth, I mean that there is no blade chatter and the blade feels like it’s held super solidly.

Personally, I find the Blackbird just as good, if not a bit better, than the Timeless, regarding your question. I had the Timeless .95 SB, OC Scallop, but I much prefer the Blackbird as it works much better, for me.  Shane also offers a 30-day guarantee if you don't get on with it.

Rock solid, no chatter. Smooth and efficient in my hand. The BB is .58 IIRC, but the design enhances the gap I guess. It is a really good shaver. I also have the Timeless in .95, and it is really good too, but oddly enough the .68 Timeless didn't do it for me, and I sold it. The .58 Blackbird is equal to the .95 Timeless AFAIC.

Without other metrics, gap is useless info.

Love the aesthetics and the shave - great tool.

I have a very dense and stubborn beard. 4 passes to get BBS. 2 have to be ATG. This razor gets it done - is lovely. Love the cap seal, no overhang! [Image: 483a4da39eeda29cc571d5d60f66f448.jpg]

First shave ever with the Blackland Blackbird today. Wow!

I had not shaved for a week so had a lot of hair to get through, the Blackbird effortlessly removed it all in one pass.

Very intuitive to find the right angle, no cuts or irritation. Super high quality machining, love the handle!

I can't wait to use it again, thanks Blackland Razors!

The Titanium Blackbird is still all I've used since I got it. Efficiency is way up there, but it's so intuitive to use and forgiving. Effortless BBS every time with no burn.
