+1, although I think the answer will involve a flying pig...

I usually describe it as a sweet Roam. I get some kind of caramel out of it right off the top.

But you're right. Different noses are going to appreciate different things.

Wait a minute... A sweet Roam? Man I really gotta try this now.
Yep like Roam, minus smoke plus caramel

Never tried Diamond, but having been to a few ballparks, the only thing I guess that is missing is the hot dog smell Smile.

Hmmm. Boiled Hot Dog Shave Cream. I think I'll wait for the reviews to come in.

Apparently that comes with the territory when the soap maker/perfumer takes chances and follows his passion. We reap the benefits. I count 15 B&M soaps that I've purchased. Only one of them is truly not for me. There was one (Leviathan) that took about 8 hours for me to acquire an affinity for it, but ultimately I came around. I used to try to nail down a favorite, but it shifted all the time. Now, I'm really just a fan of the brand.

Honestly, I anticipate this making periodic releases, but not annually. Will has said he wasn't completely ruling it out. I have 2 unused tubs and one that I'm about 2/3 into, along with 2 bottles of the Tonique and 1 Kyovu. I'll start getting worried when I break into that 3rd tub. The good news is that Roam doesn't suffer much from time.

Maybe? It didn't sell that well when we released it, but a lot of people are really clamoring for it to come back. So we might reconsider.

Will, I fully support this. It is truly an under appreciated masterpiece. Matching tonique would just be icing on the, uh, mound? Big Grin

Matching Tonique would not be possible because of the beer.

One other thing, how does it make you feel, knowing that you're enriching the lives of countless men and women every day?  Few of us get such tangible feedback on the job we spend the majority of our waking hours occupied with.
Thank you,
Mark

I didn't do anything differently, no. My guess is that it's an oddity inherent in both the age of the 2014 batch and the peculiarities of Glissant vs. White Label.

Possibly periodic, but definitely not in the near future. Making Roam is a bit like handling red hot frying pan; eventually, we end up getting burned, so we try not to do it too often.
