Sticking to complicated requests: I'm also an inconsolable Eigengrau orphan, you can’t imagine (or maybe you do) how hard is to find such olfactory profile for those like me who hate any kind of coolant additives. May I hope for its return in future?
And what about an unsafe reformulated Oceana? Have you ever thought about it?

I honestly don't know about either. I don't currently have plans to return either to production, but we'll see.

Unfortunately, on most wet shaving forums objective reasoning is usually trumped by 'oneupmanship' and compulsive shopping disorder.

Are you stating you have a "compulsive shopping disorder" ?  I've ordered it and awaiting it being shipped.

Nope, I have probably spent less than $100 in the past year, mainly on B&M samples and some AS. I like B&M stuff for the most part and let's face it, a person would go broke trying all the new stuff from every company.

Base is top shelf. My numero uno.

Kalyptos has eucalyptus, peppermint and spearmint essential oils in it for a bright and fresh cooling scent. I find it interesting the name and a little Googling found the meaning of Eucalyptus as what Will used as in Greek it's meaning is as quoted below:

The name "eucalyptus" is a product of the Greek words 'eu' and 'kalyptos,' and translates to "well covered." Eucalyptus flower buds that have yet to bloom are covered and protected by an abundance of the lush eucalyptus leaves that we adore.

I find the scent and cooling refreshing and while it has a nice strength to enjoy, it's not an in your face overdone strength. The cooling is also at a level to enjoy the cooling without being at a freeze your face level. Want more freeze and you could always add menthol or a synthetic cooling agent of your choosing which are available from many sources. I'm glad I got this and have another Omnibus Base soap with a scent I'll reach for year round but especially in the warmer months. Great job Will Barrister_N_Mann !

Broom itself is a wonderful thing. The flowers give off a richly honeyed, rosy floral scent whose delicacy recalls the warmth of fresh hay and sunshine. It beckons us to happier days and happy thoughts. It captures. It captivates. It bewitches.

But all is not well in the Season of the Witch.

Inspired by the deep-rooted history of witchcraft in New England, here is an elixir of arcane delight, a construct of hypnotic, narcotic allure. The dulcet tones of broom flowers, so captivating in their elegance, are blended with notes of violet and honeysuckle, flowers known to waylay and ensnare the unwary.

Beneath this enrapturing accord, ripples of power lurk. The green dustiness of tarragon, the spicy tang of nutmeg and wormwood, and elemental, primordial notes of oakmoss, oud, and woodsmoke bubble from the depths, bathing the flowers in their eldritch glow. The fragrance is designed around Spanish broom, which has a lovely, honey-rose character, and underlaid with notes of tarragon, oakmoss, woodsmoke, nutmeg, violet, wormwood, honeysuckle, and oud.

Sounds intriguing . . . but I am easily seduced by scent notes and can fail to accurately imagine how a fragrance will smell.  Most or all of these elements are appealing to me, but you know, too much smoke can steer a scent into a barbecue condiment (Hello, Darkfall) or house fire; an oud overdose could bewitch the thing into Eau de Outhouse. (Giving credit where it's due, though, Will is batting 1.000 with me on Le Grand Chypre, Seville, and Smash.)

What do y'all anticipate will emerge from these elements?
