I just got Cool in the soap and Classic in the aftershave, and they are both great.  The scents I find to be subtle, but both have that powdery element. To be perfectly honest, after shaving with Reserve I felt like I didn't need any aftershave.  It's that good.  I've been a fan of B&M for a while, and have Black Label, White Label, Latha Original, and Glissant, but this may be the best.  The last thing in the world I need is more soap, but I may have to get some of the aftershave in Spice.

spice is nice.  I personally find myself wearing cool more though (judging by the amount gone in my bottles)...

I'd love to buy an unscented version of the Reserve splash as I shave my head and lower neck before going to bed every few days.  I also think reserve does a better job than the cool fix, tend skin, bump stopper, etc..

I didn't get cool because mentholated products can sometimes inflame my mild Rosacea. I do have a sample and if it works for me, then cool may be the running too.

the menthol in cool isn't bad at all...and I'm not a huge fan of menthol, personally.

I just picked up Night Music EdT from the BST - I absolutely love the scent of the aftershave, and the EdT is fantastic.

Very impressed with this Will. I love the scent and hope you'll bring it back. The naysayers don't know what they are talking about - the scent is rich and complex.


Strongly considering picking up the LGC EdT now. Hope you can bring out more EdTs.

Hi Will, you may have already addressed this question but I couldn't find it in your massive merchant thread so I'm sorry if this is repetitive. Regarding the upcoming pre-order for Fougere Gothique (and all pre-orders) and given that you aren't shipping to Canada anymore, will I still have an opportunity to pre-order the product or will I have to just wait until the release date and take my chances that there will be sufficient stock shipped to Canadian vendors. Will Fougere Gothique even be available from Canadian vendors? Thanks

Hey Mark,

The plan is that Canadian Blade and Top of the Chain will be hosting pre-orders, but I haven't sent out the email to our retailers yet to find out. Since they've done so in the past, though, I would expect that they will be doing them again, and we will be making it available to all of our Canadian retailers regardless.

I have heard that in September two new Reserve items are coming out - Lavender and Fern/Fougere.

Is there a reason this is not on the release schedule? Or am I missing something?
