My goodness how petty and ill advised.
RAD is just a permanently temporary condition.  I'll get over it.. eventually.

No worries Wally, it was a long time coming. I always pushed the boundaries there on occasion. I don't regret it one bit.

This is the spot and I'm grateful for how it is run. I truly and deeply respect the admins here. Class acts, period.

But back to N7 razor. I'm seriously considerimg to buy plate 1.1 with or without handle. Does other handles works well with N7? I asked Augustin and he told me thread is longer for some handles, is it so bad?

Is the #7 top cap compatible with any #7 baseplate? Or must one order a head (cap + plate) in its entirety
if more than one gap is wanted?

I'll get back to you on that once I'm back home and do some investigating.

Actually, those look like 4 complete heads in the presentation case.
I got a little thrown by the rectangular object on the right of th stand...thought it was a top cap.

Anyway, I'll wait on your confirmation. Thanks!

A.D. only sells the plate separately, it seems obvious that one cap fits all plates
one thing to praise the seller, the possibility of taking the head alone.

Looking at the site more closely, there is no separate provision for top cap and baseplate.
So I assume the head #7 is sold with these two components as one item.

Also wonder if the #7 heads will take any handle with standard M5 x 0.8mm threads?

the cap is not sold separately, only separate plates... all this already from Le Maurice

I would love to participate in a No 7 passaround.
