I hear ya. It's their decision though, and I aim to please. Lol.

I did end up having printer ink so I'm on my way to the post office. It's almost over.

Edit: FWIW the folks over at Maggard's have been top notch... Super nice and helpful. Mistakes happen and they were quick to fix it. They've got to protect the bottom line and justify decisions, I don't have a problem with the return. In fact, I was glad to do my part to get the issue resolved quickly. It was dragging on for me, and in my head I had additional baggage from the last time this happened. Make no mistake, they're awesome and I'll be happy to do business with them again.

I just wanted to post that, so everyone has a complete understanding of where I'm at. Thanks for reading. Smile

Today's shave I broke out the new tub of Hendrix along with one of my many Trotter Handcrafts brushes. Popped a brand new Personna blade into the Henson Alum and off I went.

It was a really good shave, and a wonderful end to the work week. I do love the authentic tobacco scent of this soap. I might go back to grab another scent soon.

Time to unwind, make some dinner, and relax. Viva la Friday night. [Image: b6a932fa8df86528dfc124f7d693a088.jpg]

I agree. Pete has stepped up his game in soap covers. He's got a few nifty ones on his site. I think the address is in his vendor section forum (Hendrix Classics). Nonetheless, for ease of viewing, here's a direct link to the soaps:

I hear ya. From what I believe I understand, it may be the picture of an actual person who owns a cigar shop on Havana ... 'Julio's reserve'? If so, he may not shave.

Am I even close to the facts, Pete123 ?

Hahaha. I'm so glad he wore the long pants and kept that a mystery.  Big Grin

Yep, your right. I'm definitely wrong on many parts. First, he only worked in the cigar industry. Not specifically in Havana, either. Second, he is a shave enthusiast... So probably not the bearded guy (unless Paul was onto something with the legs).

Well, the memory ain't what it used to be. [Image: 9f3261393b8fcbcac8df8bafa82a7589.jpg]
