Thanks Eric, I'm very happy with the lineup.

Paul / Dave... Yeah, it sucks. Hopefully they do the right think and make good on it. If you look at the comments on the order form, You'll see I even mentioned a fan knot. I was hoping the extra repetition save me from the same fate. Lol.

Maggards will make it right… and hopefully just let you keep that bulb too

Yes, I have had excellent experiences both times I had a problem. Hope that it works out well for you!

If you get to keep the bulb, you’ll need another handle! Haha

True to form, first thing this morning I get an email. Brad will send out the correct knot along with a return label ASAP.

Perfect. As Tim would say, "Life is Good".

Well, the 2BED is set and I was able to use the brush this afternoon.

I grabbed the Root+Birch, along with a new Personna Comfort Coated. Again, the Henson Al Med got the call. Three quick passes, as well as some cleanup, and I was ready for the rest of the weekend.

Have a happy Saturday DFS![Image: 6021eab0c93481bd511a275ed8243d29.jpg]

So last night the replacement knot arrived from maggard's. This time it was the right knot... YEA! Unfortunately, the return address label wasn't included, so the saga continues.

They're emailing me the label and I'll have to print it (if my printer is working... I don't remember when I used it last, lol).

I'm praying it works so I can just get this transaction from hell over with. Sorry Brad, it's just a bit too dragged out.
