If you can kindly recommend some balms designed for sensitive skin I would greatly appreciate it, needless to say menthol and alcohol are forbidden for my skin type!

Stirling Soap makes excellent balms and are pretty much the only ones I use on a regular basis. As others mentioned above, Nivea is also good and I do use the sensitive one on occasion. However, if you're looking for balms with a lot of nourishing oils then Stirling is the one I recommend.

I used to be a fan of Nivea Sensitive ASB but not really anymore. It is probably the most hyped balm there is but I tend to air on the side of more natural these days and no so mass produced, but that's just me. One that isn't mentioned much in any forums is Simpsons balm. Very short list of ingredients, most of which are nice. More of a balm where as Nivea ASB is basically a milk.
If you have sensitive skin, fragrance is another major thing you want to avoid, and if I recall Nivea Sensitive has fragrance in the ingredients list, but again, people swear by it.

Why don't you tell us how you really feel about Nivea LOL.
You can't make a blanket statement and say that everyone with sensitive skin must avoid fragrance because everyone's skin is different and everyone is sensitive to different things like shea butter, grape seed oil, coconut oil or meadow foam oil, all of which are found in a lot of Artisan balms. The only way to tell what YOU like and works best for you is to just try different ones and then the ones you don't like you can sell on forums like this. Just because it is made by small artisans (which I have spent a ton of money supporting small artisans and their products because I believe in them) doesn't mean it is the best product for you.
Bottom line all of this obviously is IMHO
