I am starting to like shaving sticks more and more, especially with larger (30+mm) brushes. And I don't want to grate a regular soap into a stick :/. With that in mind, what are some good shave sticks you guys have used?

My list (so far) would be: (not any particular order)

1. Mystic Water
2. Irisch Moos
3. Palmolive
4. Haslinger ( I use those small pucks as soap stick)

Agreed, I like shaving sticks, specially when travelling. Less hassle.

I really enjoyed La Toja, Arko, Palmolive, Irisch Moos. I also have a couple of Valobra, Vie-Long, Lea (they are the exact same thing) and Speicke which I also heard a lot of good things about.

I've crammed lots of soap into a shave stick before. If you have a cheese grater it's even easy. Surprisingly MdC was a good one.

Tabac is great. The scent is so polarazing. Sometimes I hate it. Sometimes it's nice. Weird.

Palmolive.

I don't really like shave sticks at all. I actually grated the ones I had (Tabac, La Toja) into containers so I could load them with a brush. Much better!

But....if I were to choose a favorite, it would have to be Mystic Water. It's the easiest to use out of the ones I've tried due to the consistency. I have the Lilac one and its a wonderful scent.

And Tabac requires no grater.[Image: eb0e4121aef4c08494edffe118a6289a.jpg]
