My favorite razor by far is the Aluminum Lupo. I use it for nearly every shave. I know Al is not SS...

For SS, my favorites are the other Lupo razors, just depends on my mood: 72, 95, or DLC... I want to like these SS ones more, but the fact is that the Aluminum is unquestionably better for me and for every single day.

Another one that works well is the Parker Variant, it's adjustable and treats me well... only complaint is that it takes a little effort to get in the tight spaces due to the head geometry.

Quite surprising that you prefer EJ 316 over your two Wolfman razors.
Have you tried the Mühle Rocca ?
I prefer the Rocca over my 316 by a slight margin.

I did state that the list was in no particular order
The clamping system on the 3one6 is excellent, the blade is held so so secure. I prefer the head profile of the WR1 more than the WR2. I have not tried the Rocca, but if there were no limitations to the list, my R41 Titanium would be top dog!

The Titanium R41 was released in the London Muhle brick and mortar store on July 10th. Also at the Berlin store in Germany. I live in London, so had no trouble accessing the store. If it was available for online purchase they would go in a flash. They still have them in stock at the London store. Not sure where you are located, but if you want one send me a personal message.

At the moment there is only offline Berlin and London in Mühle-Store. I think they sell very little and maybe they'll be online soon

My top ones in order:

Rocnel Sailor 2021
Timeless .95 in Titanium
Charcoal Goods Stainless w/ #2 plate. (Love #3 plate and am looking for one)
Feather DX Folder
Feather SS Folder.

The last two aren't double-edge, but they round out my top five.

1. Wolfman WR1 .80 DC
2. Carbon .68 copper
3. Carbon .68 titanium
4. Charcoal Goods gen 1 lvl 3 brass
5. Charcoal Goods gen 2 lvl 2 SS

The Wolfman gives me the best results consecutively. The carbons are the most fun to use and best for me for daily shaves. The CG lvl 3 has the most beauty and comes out time to time to clear everything off my face. And rounding out the 5 is my SS CG lvl 2 which I recently acquired (had one previously).

***Edit: just realized you asked for SS only here. SS is my least preferred metal for DEs. Not sure what it is but I get better shaves from Copper/Brass/Titanium. With the wolfman being an odd exception (use a Ti handle with it though). Would love to replace it with a brass WR1 someday.
