Your thoughts on the King Cobra Classic

Thinking about buying a King Cobra Classic and was interested in the prevailing wisdom on this razor.

A few manufacturing and customer service issues have come out recently. I am guessing the deep discount they are running has some connection. The early versions are great razors.

I preferred the shave with the Classic Cobra over the King Cobra and sold the King. There was just a sale on the King this Friday so I’m assuming the complaints of quality with the last batch is affecting sales

I bought one and sold it a few weeks later. Wasn't a fan of how it held and secured the blade, way too much play in it and just wasn't comfortable with it. I also found it wasn't as smooth as my Mongoose or Colonial Brass razor.

If I were you I'd save some money and go with one of the other two or both cause they'll be the same price of a Cobra.

I have a Classic Cobra (think its a great razor) but dont know how different the King is.
