Yes it is finally here after waiting over a year (titanium) build your own razor which also includes stainless steel and brass. Originally I put my name on the titanium waiting list but I guess Jake decided to offer it without a list and in three different metals. The website says in stock ready to ship. Originally Jake said the titanium razors would start at $300 but they are much cheaper then that when you build. He gives a nice amount of build options. I ordered a razor in as machined titanium with out the top cap logo but added a bottom plate logo which includes build date. This is pretty cool and I thank Jack for making this available.

Yes, it is cheaper than what he said, but he noted that every razor would be different than other. I was so looking for new head and handle design.
Still good, I may order hybrid Titanium H head, if he gonna add new handle design. Or let me order without handle.

I think what he meant by different are the options. There are many more options then before. He has an open comb which was only on the hybrid plate. Also an option for a logo on the top plate and bottom plates. You can mix and match three different metals or keep it the same. What keeps the prices lower is there is no high polish option which I don't care one way or the other.

Looks very cool and could be a model for other artisans. I’m considering Titanium but gotta still figure out engraving as this would be the one to pass down to my kids one day with a custom engraving.

Wonder if he’s using grade 5 titanium.

I didn't see where you could choose which plate you get. Does he still force you to get the M Plate with the razor and have to buy a 2nd base to get the one you want?

On the Baseplate tab in the Build your own razor page you can choose M, H or EH in the "choose your baseplate geometry (gap/exposure)" dropdown menu.
