Shavemd how do you compare the EH to the H? Thx

For me the smoothness of the EH is nearly equal to the H plate. The step up in efficiency is almost as big of a jump as the M to the H. 
I could get a very easy DFS in one pass with the EH and a 2nd pass yielded BBS minus a few touch ups on my jawline which is typical.

I would agree with Shavemd regarding the smoothness being nearly the same but for my skin I still perform 2 passes (WTG & ATG) to get an efficient shave using the EH plate. I guess that reflects our different "mugs" and that's why YMMV.

i have the Yates precision stone washed with M , H and H hybrid plate. I use only the hybrid H . I was totally in love with this plate. ...I never used the other plates. Maybe a mistake .. and i must try . I never used the EH but i will order when it will be available. I am just happy when i see your comments , because i recommend this razor a lot in the same time , this great razor in French community like an alternative of the Charcoal goods razor for those not have the luck to have one.Like i already said in EU forum , its a" hit "and with a decent price and real efficience.
* my only (little) negative comment it's about the handle , but you can , now use a lot of different handle with him.

Last I checked the Hybrid plate that they sell is the same as the M plate, .64mm blade gap. Did they make a special base plate for you?

. For me it's the "H" hybrid plate and it's clearly more efficient . H normally is more agressive than the M plate. Like i said i not try the M plate and i will rectify this mistake

The Hybrid Plate is a Brass M but dual combs. There is no Hybrid H

Thank's for this précision , don't know why i thought that. I made confusion with the letter H and my  love for this plate make me blind about that.

Time to try the H-plate then Olive It will be a step up in efficiency to the hybrid you have been using.
