And just when you thought you had everything the EH plate will be here very soon.
I know. I’ll get the EH when it’s available.

I asked Jake to hold my order until the 3.25" handle is back in stock, so I won't have an answer for a couple of weeks or so. I like that Jake was willing to hold and ship all at once for me, great customer service. In fact I had an email response within an hour of asking the question!

Thanks!
I have all 3 of these and the Yates M plate is better than the other 2 in my opinion. The Yates w M plate is both smoother and more efficient, in my book.

The top cap had machining markings on it, and when I screwed it on, the handle felt like it was grinding against it, like the metal wasn't smooth.
Honestly my $10 Yaqi looks better. If I'm gonna pay this much money I really expect something a bit better.

Have you tried to contact the company yet? Jake has been pheonominal in the customer service department and I'm sure he would take care of you. They're a small operation so I'm sure this could have been accidently missed.

That’s very odd. None of the many Yates components I’ve handled have looked like that. Contact Jake and I bet he’ll Take care of ya.
