Not exact obviously but a copy as they always do. Your response was "No"......then you say "yes, it's a copy" That is all I said. Sorry but I'm done walking in circles with you on this subject.....
Dave I think we should all try this Cyborg Droid razor oh one thing missing PAA Driod Black Soap lol
Look forward to your thoughts on it Alan. I have nothing against the razor. Some elswhere thought it was something Yaqi did on their own and I was just providing clarity that it was based "greatly" on a vintage razor. Not sure why it was such a big deal........word semantics on "copy" or "inspired by".....
To some degree all double edge razors are inspired by or based on the previous incarnations. I agree with you Dave, it absolutely isn't a nasty word(s).
I agree, too, it was definitely inspired by the Bohin on looks, at least (someone remind me... Something about imitation and flattery? The best form, maybe? I can't recall the phrase).
Just like
ischiapp said, original is hard to come by these days. I think everyone is in agreement with the underlying statement, even if the exact terminology is up for debate.
So, how about we talk about how much of a beast that thing is!!! I'd be a little intimidated by it, honestly. I'll be shocked if someone comes back and says it's 'too mild'. Lol. Then again, the SLOC looks like a medieval torture device and it's mild... So, I'll get ready to be wrong just in case.
(Bohin pic attached)
Edit: Nevermind, I got it... "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"
