Are you kidding? I already feel poor now, everything in my house, and outside of my house, has been breaking. At this rate, soon I am going to be left with just an umbrella over my head, looking up at the sky, hoping that Simba's father Moofasa, will provide me some life advice. Or maybe I could learn to wield the force like Yoda, and fix everything that is broken.   

But yeah, if you look back at how many possessions people had in their homes 100+ years ago, it is quite clear that we have a lot more things in modern day. But as it is with everything, there is a tradeoff, and we are indeed getting poorer. lol
