Wow, I finally made it to dreamland!

Your bank called about your debit card I imagine and was asking if it was stolen perhaps due to all of the activity?      

Believe it or not, although I am staying in Ohio and New York, I added Michigan to my bank vacation notice so the card wouldn't be locked.  So far the only place I have used the cards is Michigan, aka Maggard Razors.

I was planning on going to the meetup this year but it was moved to the same day as a massive car show in Pennsylvania...so yeah.  it looks like it might be on the same weekend in 2019 as the car show again so very unlikely I'll be attending in 2019 as well.  

Andrew, if you ever get the chance then go.  The shop is quite something.

Jeff, I had the couple of purchases shipped home.  One of the things I got was another bottle of Chatillon Lux Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli EdT (the other was a Chiseled Face shaving soap).  I take only carry on luggage when I fly.  However, having the EdT meant I would have had to check a bag and I didn't want to do that so no pictures.  I could have bought so much more, and wanted to, but deliberately refrained myself.  As it is, there will be a Chatillon Lux package and a B/S/T razor I got from slantman waiting for me when I get home, as well as the Maggard box.  

It's almost overwhelming, soooo much shaving stuff in one place, but it is nice to hold and smell things before buying, but all the buying

I was in Adrian, Michigan in 1968 to see my college roommate, who was on the basketball team, play against Adrian College.  Of course, I was just using whatever cartridge razor and canned foam was available at the time and I don't think the Maggards were even born 50 years ago so no Maggard Razors shop.  I never dreamed I'd go back to that small Southeast Michigan town so all I can say is, never say never.  You may make it there yet.

When I saw "dreamland" in the title and clicked I was disappointed.

I thought this was going to be a thread on a certain type of establishment that was legal in Nevada.
