Anyone have any idea in the Ti head and handle weights?

I just remember the  WRH7 TI
Handle I had weighed within a gram or so of the SS WRH7 hollow SS (both 90 mm)

Coulda waited 2 weeks and ordered one for a fraction, although not polished.

Right, you could easily send it out to get polished and still come out as a winner.

I stay away from Ti. It’s not only hard on your tools but it’s a b**ch to work. I used to make scales from Ti. I even anodized them at one point. White sparks on the belt grinder. It was a spectacle for sure. No wonder James doesn’t offer it and I’m sure the premium he would charge would be excessive. But when I get a Ti I’ll give it a try and see what happens.

Well, I am actually leaning towards bronze. It's softer than SS. Should be easy enough to buff up.

For those wanting to save 50% on the antique bronze just do this. It’s risk free if you hate it just remove the patina and try again. Bronze will patina regardless this process just allows you to expedite it and achieve a uniform patina.

Alcohol bath your razor to remove any residue. Next dip it in the brass ager from Amazon and remove it when you have the patina level you like.  Then you can scrub edges to get that “highlighted” effect. You can apply a clear coat or something lacquer at this stage but tbh it’s pretty futile if you plan to use the razor with any consistency.

A Karve I previously did. You can mess around and take 0000 steel wool to areas you want to remove the patina getting a nice contrast

The antique bronze option being double the cost of regular bronze makes no sense. He forces a patina using a $6 brass ager from amazon. What am I missing?

I'd be willing to bet that JD isn't using some $6 product from Amazon to achieve the finish required to fetch his price point!! I'm sure you don't really think that either!!
