For sure. The WR1 bronze probably cost James under $100 to make and it will probably sell for $1500 . What a great idea to have auctions.

He shipped my custom 1.20 gap, wrh1/wrh2 hybrid handle yesterday and closed up shop. Sorry guys! I must have really annoyed him with that order enough to shut the operation down.

Hope Ti is back on in Nov...I really want a 1.35 in Ti

I don‘t know what can James makes better then a WR2 ??. For me the perfect razor on the market .

While WR2 is exceptionally smooth I find the Taiga adjustable in Ti smoother....and the efficiency goes
higher than the 1.55 for sure.

There is always room for improvement...just hope it's not all auctions and exotic metals.

Personally, I can see the benefits of Ti....lightness, improved face feel and so on.

Metals like brass and bronze do nothing for me.

Will be nice if he premieres something ew.

I will buy a Taiga next month. I had try a sailor 2020 and it was not so efficent like my WR2 1.55 . Maybe the 2021 or Taiga do this ??

I hope he's not using the auctions as a benchmark for his new prices.

One can easily price themselves out of this market. There are numerous “reasonably“ priced CNC razors, some in Ti, readily available. Once relegated to the fringe it can be difficult to move back to the mainstream... JD, please proceed with caution!
