I've never had the pleasure of 1.45 but the SS 1.55 SB is a great razor. I also shaved with a friend's Ti 1.55 and that was awesome too !

Whenever I finally go for my postponed Wolfman it will probably be for a WR1 0.80 ... that's the latest buzz on the board, though I had been thinking WR2 1.35 ... decisions, decisions. 

I just received my 'proceed with order' e-mail. Exactly 4 months. Waiting time is getting shorter. From the looks of it quality of the basic finish seems to be suffering.

Yeah - just got my 1.25 in basic polish yesterday.
The finish is *noticeably* worse than the 1.35 I got about 10 months ago. The marbling on the top of the baseplate is much more noticeable, and the machine marks on the bottom are significantly thicker.

Do you guys know if it’s possible to request a 1.25 SB/1.05 SB plate? I just signed up for the waitlist yesterday, so obviously have plenty of time to end up deciding but would that plate be possible to request. I’m thinking about getting the WRH2 hollow 80 MM as well.

Yes it is possible

This one is a WR2 1.55/1.35 dual gap razor. Anything used to be possible with James. All you can do is ask these days!

Awesome thanks!! I think the 1.05SB/1.25SB would be a great combo for me.

Just got my wr2 1.55 wrh1 hollow today. I love it. I have a 1.25 as well and recently borrowed a buddy's 1.05. 1.55 is my favorite gap. I find it to be one of the most comfortable aggressive razors that I have used.

I have the Wr2 1.25/1.45 Dc and I will be getting the Wr2 1.35/1.55 next but just don’t know what finish, handle will be Wrh1 hollow. I’m leaning towards satin but maybe regular brushed will be good too, idk

I’m really curious about the satin or brushed finish also. It looks really nice. I am also curious a out gaps between 1.25 and 1.55 - I have not tried those yet but expect them to be very good. 

I got the basic polish and the 90mm hollow wrh1.
