Are you sure it’s a .95? Bought direct from James or second hand?

This is a very good point in line with comparative tolerance,

My first Wr2 was bought Bst as a 1.25 inc paperwork,
When I measured it......it was. 1.45! (Error @source)

I now measure every blade gap for reference if bought direct from JD or Bst,
I have comfort in knowing all my blade gaps are where they should be  Cool

0.95 Negative.   -0.076mm   Calculated
1.05 P 0.01mm.  (Measured)
1.15 P 0.09mm.  (Measured)
1.25 P 0.167mm.  Calculated.  ————————-Blackbird P 0.14mm (measured)
1.35 P 0.244mm.  Calculated
1.45 P 0.321mm.  Calculated.  (Measured 0.33mm)
1.55 P 0.40mm.    (Measured)

The 1.05 Is very close to Neutral exposure......I have more blade gaps & could explore further if there is demand for greater accuracy's.

Food for thought gents  Cool

Starman, this is great! Thank you!

I had my most recent shave yesterday with the 1.25 and, eureka! It was great. Five-day growth, three-pass shave and it left very little irritation. Each subsequent shave has been getting better and better, and last night has made the 1.25 a keeper. If my next two-day shave is as good, then the Wolfman is my #1 razor. RAD resolved. I don't think I could use the 1.25 daily (never purchased for this, as I normally shave every second day), but the above chart can help me decide a daily driver, if I go that route. Here, I think the 1.05 would be perfect (maybe the 1.15).

The only minor gripe is I think the 80mm handle is a bit short, so next opportunity, I will get a 90mm handle.

Thank you!

Congrats! I have the exact same configuration, and it’s DE razor perfection, IMHO.

Quick question, anyone find your WR2 is MUCH smoother without a washer than with one?
