Have you tried the mild gaps .48 and .54? I understand the .54 has the same amount of blade sticking out as the standard .61.

Yes. The .48 was unusable and .54 was very smooth, but not efficient enough for me.

Thanks, I like mild razors so .48 would likely be fine for me.

So yeah with those comparisons I think .54 would be a good fit.

.48 could work too but I had a hard time with it. Could only use with feathers to get a decent shave.

Have you used any wr2’s?

Thanks for your advice.

I haven't tried either Wolfman design, this would be my first. Just getting as many opinions as I can before making the final decision.
