Wolfman WR2 Head Discussion

Sellers were actually able to make a nice profit if they had bought their Wolfman razor prior to June 2019 when only the Mirror finished was available. The prices went up significantly for the Mirror finish hence the profit when selling on the BST.

By the way I have the basic polished and had the mirror finish. There are minor differences in the shine vs the mirror finish, but I find them hard to detect. No way I would pay the high up-charge for the mirror finish.

That’s a good point. They may be selling it for less than the cost of a new mirror-polished razor based on today’s pricing, but for more than what they paid for their new mirror-polished razor that was purchased back when that was the only polished finish available.

I agree about the barely noticeable difference between his mirror- and basic-polished finishes, even when viewed side-by-side. For both of those reasons - the negligible visual difference vs the significant price difference, and the potential of not being able to recoup your cost on the secondary market - I would never spring for the mirror polish today. Just doesn’t make sense.

I never tire of seeing people finally get these great razors in hand and the joy it brings.

I'm wondering how the order confirmations are going ? What time are we up to on the 9th, ,the last I heard was like 4 a.m. eastern US time, or something like that?

I went to the Post office this morning
