Wolfman uses Metric but feeler gauges can have both metric & Imperial measurements stamped on the blades as seen in the pic I sent you....
So what is a 1.25 gap ? Is James referring to inch or metric in that designation ?

I'll put it into old money for you, 1.25 is one & a quarter millimetre or 1-1/4mm if this makes sense, you wont be confused when you get some feeler gauges, it will all add up when its in front of you, no problem.....the feeler guages are just very accurate shims with numbers stamped on them, add as many shims as needed to gently fill the gap-then add all the shim numbers up, & thats it.
