good for Wolfman for trying something new to mix it up. His setup was skewed to the guys that bought or developed their own web tracking app.

He said he's 'testing' it out. I suspect it will come with its own set of issues.

Who knows...need to give it some time to see if it achieves its purpose. He may have started the form submission form to supplement the drop system
and not entirely replace it.

A good Friend of mine said I needed to try a large gap WR2, and I’m glad I took his advice. I used my new Ti 1.35 SB this morning and had an outstanding three pass Shave with it. My 1.35 is every bit as smooth as my 1.15, just more efficient. The ‘soft’ face feel of the Ti complimented the 1.35 beautifully. I’d be curious to see if I enjoyed a 1.35 in SS as much I do the Ti. Very happy with this one.

Sounds bloody mah-vellous!
I recently went "full retard" (well, almost) and requested a 1.45SB....but I have tried to replicate the weight of Ti
using SS. The handle chosen was a hollow WRH7 90mm, some put the weight of this handle at 40gm,
a video put out by JD says 36gm....so the total weight should fall somewhere between 69-73gm. I think this is
in the Ti ballpark, weight-wise. In my own twisted logic, this config is meant to combine the weight of Ti with the
face feel and glide of SS.

I didn't want to experiment with this high a gap on a Ti....will probably save that for a 1.25....much later.
With any luck, 1.25 will be daily driver while 1.45 will be the nuclear option.

I think it’s a real testament to the WR2 head design that it is so well accepting to all of these configuration choices. Once I land one...instead of moving on to another razor to lust after I move on to what configuration of the WR2 I want next. Love these things.

My recent purchase was a 1.35 WR2 OC in stainless. I've never used a titanium razor, and don't have much interest as I'm happy with stainless, brass, bronze and aluminum. I read about fellas getting more smoothness from the material, or the polishing, but I'm convinced those factors don't matter on my face. I also don't place any weight on the weight of the razor, or the head, or the handle. Part of what I enjoy with different razors, heads, handles, materials and finishes is the differences.

Well then it sounds like you may like the difference provided by a Ti Wolfman  Big Grin. Please report back on your OC, I’ve not had the pleasure of trying one yet. Most people I’ve spoken to that have used the WR2 OC say they aren’t as smooth as the SB, but I would like to find out for myself someday.

Congrats on the new razor, Hunter. That Hybrid handle is super sexy. Your first?
