PolSilver is a great alternative to a Feather when the Feather is too harsh in a razor.  I love Feather blades in a bunch of my razors but I chose PolSilvers in my more aggressive razors.  I find my WR2 1.25 extremely smooth with a Feather but if you are having issues with them, try a PolSilver in it.  I find them extremely sharp but smoother to deal with.

So That's It! It's Official!

I Got My Invoice From James Today.... And It's A Lock! Thanks To all For the Support!

I see Now What The Error Was, and Why He Re-Funded the Money... The Price was incorrect. It was coming out to 725 CAD

The Invoice was For $975 CAD Just short of $740 US! Wow! The Price Increase was more that I thought! So that means
A Mirror Polish on Everything including the Stand is Almost $400 US.

I had to Catch my Breath after I pressed the Pay Now Button... Whew! LOL!

For me and my face - you can’t beat polsilver or especially wizamets in any wolfman razor. It’s all I use. I have a couple thousand of each I think lol

Did anyone from the first drop get the budget finishes? If so can you post pictures?

Ok will try the polsiver - have used them before on other razors. Anyone know a cheap source for 100? I am seeing prices are $30/100.

I WENT WITH:

WR2 / SB / 1.15 Gap
WRH2 Handle / 90mm / Solid
WRA1 Stand
All Mirror Polish.

$750 US, is a Lot for A Razor, But More than Shear Function, you are paying for a Work Of Art.
And Quality & Aesthetics Are very Important to me... So I went for it.

I was up in the Air Concerning Gap Size going back & forth between the 1.15 and the 1.05 Hoping
I made the Correct choice. I know the Game Changer P.84 works for me, and I use a 1960 Gillette
FatBoy on #5... My .68 SB Timeless is Too Mild, I can use it everyday with a Feather... But the SB .95
Is Fine Even With a Feather, but If I use it back to back I get a little beat up... Some Bumps and Redness.

A 6S #4 Plate with a Astra or Feather can also be used as a daily driver. Hope the 1.15 is Right for Me...

*Note:  I don't think the New Mirror Polish option is Better than what he normally did... Because it's really not possible!
I mean they looked Chrome Plated. You can't do better than what he was already doing. I just think this was a Price
increase, with Offering Lower Price Options.

Thanks Guys...

Tony

Where I find the Feather blade to be arsh, the Polsilver is great. Where I find the Polsilver blade to be arsh, the Feather is great. I prefer the Feather a lot more on WR2.

you cant go wrong with. 1.15....in fact I'll be willing to bet you'll want a 1.25 shortly after.

Mirror polish is great but it is a real bitch to maintain....it picks up glue spots
and hairline scratches from tightening down the blades. I clean my cap and plate with a soapy washcloth after every shave
and it adds 10 minutes to the job. If there is a next time for me I will seriously look at brushed satin finish.

Remember guys that if you get a standard polished finish, then you can polish that to a real mirror finish by yourself. Easily with a Dremel and the right pastes.
