I’d really enjoy some classic or innovative one or two note fragrances from WK in their amazing Donkey Milk base. Hopefully, some day they’ll be offering a WhollyKaw Classic or somthing along those lines. Many of the current scents are just too complex and strong for me personally. I’d love to have the best of both worlds! An amazing lemon, lime, lemon/lime, Clementine, Coconut Lime, Tropical Mango, Peppermint and the like would be incredible in that wonderful base. I’ve noticed that there is much more conversation about their base than their scents. More than a few of the scent conversations here and on other boards deal more with trying to find one that works.often taking quite a bit of trial and error. Or having to make due or compromising with a scent because the base works so well. As far as I’m concerned, that incredible base is the star of the show and what really sets WK apart. And...no....I really don’t want to personally add essential oils to their fragrance-free variety.

Some of those scent options do sound alluring, especially because I'm fully confident that Sri would make the most of them. Personally, I haven't yet run into a WhollyKaw scent that I didn't absolutely adore.

It does seem like the donkey milk base is the main subject, when it comes to WhollyKaw discussions. It's an incredible base, but so is the current special edition vegan base. It'd be nice to see more discussion of both the vegan base and the scents, although I suppose all the discussion about the donkey milk base is a testament to its greatness…

Happy New Year to everyone. Hope you had a safe and great NYE last night.

Thanks for the feedback. I do not mind offering single scent or simple scents on the DM + tallow formulation. It is fairly easy to do and does not stretch the creative talent department. However, there is a multitude of options for those scents in non DM formulations. A genre like Fougère or Chypre offers a lot more in scent crafting and can be differentiated in notes, scent dominance etc.

Having said that we do have plans for the simple scent in Donkey Milk and should be out in the early part of the year.

This one is the most intriguing, to me. I look forward to seeing which scents they offer with this. Shy

Well...... Only one small issue whollykaw I understand you call this soap Project Leather.....right.

Well I've been scratching my bloody head all day trying very hard to subscribe this scent when I open the lid, first of all thanks goodness the soap wasn't very strong as I fear myself would have my bloody head blown off.

Now....Let get back to the scent, this Wholly Kaw Project Leather is the most complex scent I've ever smell.

1. I can't smell Vanilla
2. I can smell Tobacco would this be Green Tobacco?
3. I can't smell Bourbon or maybe I could as I'm totally lost in space

So whollykaw what am I supposed to smell?? English Leather? American Leather? otherwise I've got no idea because I can't subscribe this scent when I open the lid since I've been scratching my head all day.

Sorry whollykaw ........ Please help!!
