I’d never gotten around to trying the WK donkey milk formula (let alone the newest & greatest stuff), but I found a sample of Fougere Bouquet a couple weeks ago that I’m a handful of shaves into now. I’m probably not even getting the best performance with working off of a sample, but I’m really enjoying the post shave feel with this. Not even just right after the shave, I’m impressed with the face-feel 6+ hours after my shave.

I am doing my own informal survey of what I personally consider to be the top bases, shaving twice in a row with each one using one razor (Timeless Ti .68 SB).  Right now, I am one shave into Wholly Kaw, specifically Fougere Mania in the newest Siero base.  I can tell you that it ranks right up there with the best and that includes Grooming Dept Kairos base (Encens Agrumes) and Ethos Grooming Essentials (pineapple noir).  Wonderful lather, cushion, slickness and post shave feel that is out of this world.  Next up will be Declaration Grooming Milksteak (Yuzu Rose Patchouli), M&M Kodiak (Nantahala), Saponificio Varesino Beta 4.3 (Opuntia), B&M Excelsior (Beaudelaire or Le Grande Chypre), Zingari Man Sego (The Magician) and A&E Kaizen.  I may also include Gentleman's Nod Cardinal base once I lay my hands on some.  This is a blessing of riches and that certainly includes Wholly Kaw.

1776 arrived and wow! What a fantastic scent. The scent crafting has been on another level with Wk lately. I’m still holding out hope for argumi in estate coming back, but I’m certainly not feeling shorted in the meanwhile

Dan, haven't tried ethos yet. Bought a puck. It is trapped at my Dallas home. Can't wait to spin it up.
