Who are your Top 10 Artisan Soapmakers?

Has Mystic Water changed anything over the last year or 18 months or so? I ask because I always enjoyed the scents but found it super finicky to lather. It's one of the few soaps that I've gotten inconsistent results with (probably some error on my part). I like to think I'm doing things the same way each time, but with Mystic I've gotten a good lather followed by a subpar lather. I'm just wondering if it's worth revisiting or not.

For customer service, Darren at Soap Commander, Michelle at Mystic Water Soaps and Paolo at Sapone di Paolo. The others are fine, but Darren, Michelle, and Paolo really have gone above and beyond in answering my questions and making sure I am satisfied with their products. To be fully open, I have not had the occasion to correspond with any other soap maker.

I have tried many others, but the above I would and will (if not have already!) buy again.

Unfortunately, I may not be the best person to ask about this as I have never really had any issues lathering this soap, but the only thing that has changed is that Michelle has started adding lanolin to most of her scents.
I only wish I could up-load some videos on YouTube to demonstrate how to resolve any issues folks may be having with this soap, but I am not able to, at the moment.
Nonetheless, there are a plethora of videos on there, already, on lathering this soap via face and bowl-lathering.

I have seen a few of your videos and basing my observations of those and how you lather, I would presume you may not be loading the brush for long enough or adding too much water, too quickly. Also, if you are experiencing dissipating lather, you may need to use more 'forceful' paint-brush strokes or spend a bit longer working the soap than usual as it likes plenty of water and requires a bit more time generating the lather.

I would be more than happy to conduct a Skype session with you to demonstrate things if you would like.
