Where has Chris been?

Hopefully it's just a much needed break and we'll see him back in some capacity soon. Always enjoy his videos, and he's definitely been a great supporter of the community. Like others, I came to DFS based on his recommendation. I wish him well, whatever the reason for his absence.

I came to DFS because of his talking about it on his videos. I really like his videos and hope he is back at it soon.

Chris consistently contributes positively to the community and I very much appreciate it.

I wish him well, just as I wish anyone ...but I don't watch his videos or follow Social Media Shaving (outside forums), so won't miss much as he didn't really participate on DFS outside that.

The one time I replied and asked a specific question on one of his posts, he never replied.

Personal attacks against TSE? Why? I can't imagine why anyone would throw rocks at someone for making important contributions and being really helpful and informative. Not once have I heard him say anything antagonistic or be anything other than a very polite, well-mannered, mature adult.

Regardless, TSE says in his latest video he has been really busy at home and work. That makes total sense. Folks making shaving videos do have lives outside of YouTube, social media and wetshaving. It is to be expected that they might suddenly curtail their online activities. After all, how many people who were active on wetshaving forums six or seven years ago are still around? Very few from what I have seen.

I think he's gone off the deep end. I have watched his latest videos and they are a very odd mix. Ramblings about people who live at home to long, breaking out guns and making some vulgar comments, his channel has slowly digressed from useful shave knowledge material to a series of odd rants and raves about things that aren't shave related at all. In one I suspect he was drunk as a skunk. Some of his pontifications are out there to say the least. I was all for the guy taking a break and posted as much here, but his latest stuff is so far from the realm of the reality compared to that of his prior videos I just can't imagine what has transpired but, something has. Wish him the best but his latest videos are not shedding a light on him well which, is sad as the guy offered a lot of useful knowledge to beginning wet shavers. He'd be best served to just put the video camera down; but, America is a free country and he is allowed to rant all he wants. I just find the whole deal bizarre.
