How is the scent? I assume you like it but is it strong and does it smell of water and citrus?

Scent wise, it isn't very strong. I'd say 5 or 6 on a 10 scale. The scent is well blended....I cannot distinguish between certain notes in it (to my nose anyway). It just reminds me of a aquatic men's cologne. It reminds me of Polo Blue without the cucumber top note. Everyone's nose is different, so someone else may have a different take on it.
