I have been considering purchasing this soap now that I have become a Barrister and Mann fan.  Your thoughts on performance?

Actually, this may be a moot point I just checked their web site and I do not see it.

Performance is top notch; moderately thirsty soap that tolerates even more water. Great in shave cushion with plenty of slickness and post shave is well above average.

In general with B&M I feel it becomes a question of scent preference as the performance, particularly of the glissant base, is as good as anything out there. 42 has a very nice, light scent perfect for summer time use.

I understand that some of the retailers stocking 42 will have it available on the 25 of May so you may have better luck going that way if interested.
