Le Grand Chypre Glissant 2 (Barrister & Mann) lime chypre

I took a break from the Kai Protouch blade for a few days, and coming back to it was a treat. Today's shave was so smooth, I had to check if there was even a blade in the razor. Some credit goes to the Glissant lather – true to its name, it's incredibly slick. And hats off to Barrister & Mann for this fragrance. Lovely combination of fresh lime and labdanum that hasn't lost a bit of its savor, even though it's nearly eight years old. When Will brought Le Grand Chypre back in 2017, I was so excited I bought four jars. I’ve numbered them to keep track, and today’s Number 2 has seen the most use – only 53 grams left. It might just be my soap of the season.
