Thoughts on the Roja?
Enigma (Creation-E) Pour Homme by Roja Parfums is an Amber Fragrance for Men

A unique middle of geranium, neroli, rose, jasmine, and heliotrope unfolds, enhanced by the spicy warmth of cognac, tobacco, black pepper, and ginger. The base reveals a powdery, indulgent blend of vanilla, benzoin, patchouli, and sandalwood, creating a lasting impression of elegance and depth

That reads beautifully
Homemade Fougère (Ethos)
I couldn’t wait for Frank to grace us with his own fougère in Ethos F base. Patience, it seems, is a virtue for people with better hobbies. So I took matters into my own hands.
I found a recipe for fougère online (see below). Then I excavated my stash of Ethos soaps, a treasure trove of richly fragrant jewels, and went to work. Lavender Sublime, Tonka Bean, Bergamot – they became the stars of my little chemistry experiment, but I must have used at least eight other soaps. I scraped a bit here, a dab there, and for a touch of warmth, I finished with a drop of Vanilla Safi.
When it was all mashed together, I took a sniff. And you know what? It didn’t smell like failure. It smelled like Topanga Fougère, which is to say, it smelled pretty good. Will I try it again? Naw. Too much work, but the shave was fantastic, and it’s got me licking my chops for the day when Frank releases the real thing.

My favorite Sandalwood and top base. Long term vacuum sealing has done wonders on scent retention. Sandalwood is as strong as ever.Wish I had your same level of attention with my Cologne soap puck, performances are still stellar but scent is unfortunately almost gone...
I would have loved to have toured that factory in Genoa.
A little anecdote: when the agents of Ludovico Martelli (aka Proraso) inspected the S. Quirico factory before acquisition and saw methods and materials used by Valobra, they said: "If we made soap like this, we'd be closed in six months...".
