I hate that razor but I love the Guardians of Transportation.
My Parker is the original version and is too mild. Still, with a bit extra effort, I managed a very smooth shave yesterday morning. I am tempted to buy version 3 of the razor but haven't been moved to do so yet.

I would say the ZOMCHI is very well made, very mild, and a great value.
I tried it first with a Wiazmet (my go to), and once again with a KAI. The KAI may have bumped up the efficiency a bit - TBH I'm not really sure - but either way, the razor was still on the mild side for my tastes. I got a DFS with the first shave, and a bit closer to a BBS with the KAI, and let things go at that. This is obviously not the tool of choice for a BBS chaser, but it would otherwise be a fine daily driver. When I shopped for mine, Amazon was selling them for $19.99 without the stand. One other thing FWIW: At a little over 82g, the ZOMCHI is heavier than my preferred razors these days, but even so, I found it surprisingly easy to handle.
PS This post by Freddiep318ti brought the ZOMCHI to my attention, and IMO it is an excellent write up.

King of Oud (Wholly Kaw) apple oud
Shave 23 ・ 72 g left
After trying several natural ouds, I’ve realized they’re worlds apart from the synthetic oud found in our shaving products. Natural ouds are incredibly complex and constantly shifting – strong yet surprisingly light. In contrast, synthetic ouds are more linear, with a heavy, velvety presence that can feel overwhelming. Today’s King of Oud soap has a hint of real oud but feels sharp and a bit thin by comparison. Still, it delivered a great shave. Wholly Kaw’s base is impressively slick.
