Tommy... IMO, the AOS Rose Absolute cream smells like fresh, still-growing flowers in the morning, before the sun cooks off any juices. It's a one-off.
This one is more like a deep rose attar. A lot of overlap with the floral note in C&S №88 and Ethos Rosa. Not the same, but in the ballpark.
All high quality.
Don José (Abbate y La Mantia) banana ice
Shave 3 ・ 119 g
As we head into the hot and muggy months down here, I’m turning to my mentholated soaps for a refreshing start to the day. First up is Don José, a fruity blend of bananas and coconut that, surprisingly, smells like apple juice when the brush first meets the soap. As the lather builds, the banana scent takes the lead. The menthol is present but not overpowering, and you’ll start to feel its cooling effect by the second pass. The chill lingers just long enough to make the heat outside feel a little more bearable.
Got a favorite menthol soap? Tell me about it.

Unfortunately , nobody has recreated that AOS Rose scent pyramid. I am hopeful - some day?

My top three would have to be Shannon's Woodland Frost, Summer Break Cannonball and Don Jose

Bouki, Ethos Peppermint will be your friend. It's an excellent, noticeably high-quality peppermint, and has nice cooling power.

Sticking with strictly menthol I think:
Abbate Y L Mantia Blue Tobacco (Thanks TC)
B&M Kalyptos
Stirling Glacial Mango Sunrise
Stirling Gin and Tonic on the Rocks
