Guess I'm officially old school: the omission of the comma bothers me, though it seems to have been made optional in 1993.

Ethos - Lemoncello (F Base)

Really fantastic scent. I wasn't really that excited I was to try a lemon scent but this really exceeded what I thought was possible. Very well executed, Frank.

Urash (Abbate y La Mantia) fresh root
Shave 3

Abbate y La Mantia describes the fragrance like this: “The smell of humus. Imagined as what remains after the flooded river withdraws its waters from the earth. A slurry of earthy smells left on your fingers after stumbling by accident. Olfactory challenge: it is a pleasant land because it is not peated. We have stacked a pyramid of noble woods that contains spices and tea leaves.” Urash actually smells of bergamot and mushrooms. Oddly addictive.

Thank you Matt.for the encouraging words. I think what makes the difference in the citrus scents are the infusions. To me so far I’ve remade the Melange de agrume and infused real Red Grapefruit peels, in the latest version of Fresco I first of all eliminated the Basil and infused real Limes and they both finally smell the way I’ve always wanted them to smell. Same goes for Lemoncello. Real Lemons ( both Meyers and regulars ) made the difference. Of course all 3 contain good amounts of the Essential Oils that back up the infusions.

I’m glad you’re enjoying it. It was fun making it.

Thank you !
