After nearly a week with this soap, I’m losing track of its scent. It was never very strong, but now that I’ve got used to it, the interesting side notes I noticed at first have faded. That's a bit of a letdown, but I'm sticking with this puck for its excellent performance. It’s rich in tallow and duck fat, providing a slick, effortless shave, while the clay helps prevent nicks. I haven't experienced any irritation since I started using it – even my more aggressive razors, like Blackland’s Sabre (v. 1, level 2), feel gentler on my skin. And a generous dose of powdered menthol makes up for the diminished fragrance.
