What soap/cream did you use today?

I have this glass and mirror cabinet that my SO decorated with a selection of items from my collection of frags, shave gear, etc.  Yesterday I was just looking at what was in there and I saw this wooden soap puck container hiding in there.  Well inside was a puck of tallow Fine Green Vetiver.  The aftershave has been in a drawer that I open everyday for years and I thought the soap was lost, used, whatever, never to be seen again.  Got to digging around in past posts and emails and found I had picked this up in 2017. 

Love the Fine Green Vetiver...and looks like you have the original splash as well! That's a great case too...I have to hide most of my stuff from the SO

Man i am eyeballin your nose juice - some really hi-end product in there! I see tree square topped M7! And the eau savage EDP IS GREAT!

Thanks gents.  Before I met my SO she had a gift shop for 30+ years and did decorating jobs and arrangements.

As I was loading my brush, I started to daydream, and I lost count of how many swirls I had made across the face of the puck. It must have been a lot, since I came away with enough soap to make a lather thicker than cream cheese. Shaving with such a dense foam was fun, since I couldn’t feel the blade. Nevertheless, I got a good clean scraping, and I’d happily make another butter-lather like this again.
