Mystic Waters was once a staple in SOTD photos but I seldom see anything about her soaps anymore.  Some gents found it hard to lather and I’m sure there was some substance in their water that made it difficult. I’ve always gotten along with it fine.  Hard or soft water.  Performance is excellent.  One thing though.  Her love of floral sort of confuses my nose and this soap is one of those.  Pompelmo ….. grapefruit.  I get it and I like it! But the & Fiori, or flowers, seems to nudge the scent into unisex or maybe even feminine.  Hey, I like it ok but would have liked it more left as a straight citrus.  Sort of like Poggio dei Pini, or pine hill. My first tub was AWESOME smelling of conifers and sun baked brush but the new tub has a bunch of floral in it.  Even after almost two years of waiting to see if the flowers would vacate it’s still too much for me.  I just don’t see myself replacing tubs from this maker going forward.

And my daughter thought she would have some fun with the old man and hung this up.  I’m going to roll with this shower curtain for a while.

Lip, i think your are spot on lack of current popularity. I get on with about 50% of her scents. We have really hard water here in central KY, making lathers sometimes tricky and arduous. I can get her dialed in but it requires distilled water, slow/careful hydration, and synthetic knots. I will say this though, when dialed in, the post is top notch, and i love a few of her pucks [Frankincense and Myrhh, Gardenia, Linden, Yellow Rose]. Obviously, you have to be AOK with, as you mentioned, the floral leanings of her fragrance pyramid.
