What a crazy busy life but I’d not trade the horse I’m riding for an easy billet!  Shoot, I don’t even have time to monkey around with shaving gear but am tending to stay with the same soap for several shaves. The past few have been with Shannon’s Orange Ginger Twist, a The Razor Company exclusive. It’s still hotter than two pigs in a gunny sack so citrus is a great choice.  This one is Ginger forward though and that seems to make it exceptionally lifting.  Shannon’s has always been a producer for me.

And one thing that has sucked up some time is my inability to let me guide license laps.  Just got off a wonderful trip on the salmon and my oldest grandson was my helper.  It was his first expedition and he now wants to be a guide. I had to share that I’d help him do that but not to forget his studies. It’s fun but a tough way to make a living. I sure enjoy the couple of weeks I spend each summer rowing a boat through the wilderness. And it recharges my batteries to come back and do my regular work.
