What soap/cream did you use today?

What's your perspective on the scent?

It's similar to the scent it's inspired by but different to my nose. I would say it's softer, and I get a powdery note somewhere. I do like it though and it was also my first time with the soap so I will hopefully notice more of what's going on when lathered. I bought the soap hoping it would be closer to the Alexandria Fragrances dupe of Virgin Island Water called Hawaii Volcano. From what I have heard, Peter made the matching soaps and aftershave that Alexandria was carrying for awhile.

I go home for lunch and today the mailman had just pulled away... Leaving behind a delivery of a Muhle R-41 razor head and a Muhle STF brush (XL, 25ml). Of course, I had to get to business immediately.

What a frickin fine shave. My skin is smooth as glass. Even with the BB, the DB, and the Osprey always in my queue, I don't know if I've ever had as close of a shave as today's with the R-41. Blade forward? Definitely! Aggressive? I don't think so.
