Ketoret (Grooming Dept) incense & myrrh

Ketoret is the Hebrew word for incense. True to its name, this soap smells like frankincense and myrrh. But there’s more to it. It also gives up hints of sweet orange, leather, and peach, along with some piney green notes. I'm not smelling any lemon, though, and that's surprising, as that fresh note is common in real frankincense. Nevertheless, the scent is interesting, yet not overwhelming, and stays true to its original intentions.
The soap's base is as elaborate as its fragrance, with fifty ingredients listed on the label. Some ingredients, nearly a dozen syllables long, seem to have escaped from a lab, while others are naturally exotic. One ingredient I've never heard of is sacha inchi extract. According to Wikipedia, this oil comes from the nut of a tree native to the Amazon basin. It's rich in fats and is believed to attract and retain moisture in the skin. In addition to keeping the skin plump, sacha inchi also protects against sun damage, regulates oil production, and maintains elasticity.
