Yo Sólo: Bernardo de Gálvez – Los Jabones de Joserra

Exuberant freshness is what jumps out at me from the scent of Yo Sólo.  I think of it as a fresh, glorious take on bright, powdery barbershop.  The most similar fragrance in my stable is likely Franck Olivier's Eau de Passion Men Intense, but today I was kind of determined to use both Azzaro Pour Homme and the Bernardo de Gálvez, British projectiles and sensible pairings* be damned.

*Cited common notes/accords here, Bouki, include amber, cedar, leather, patchouli, sandalwood, and tonka bean.

Ariana & Evans - Summer Fig (Kaizen)

I got rid of my ~25 A&E soaps a year or so ago, as there is a face tingle with most/all of them and not particularly a fan of the mostly synthetic (and mostly busy) scents I had.

All except this one. Not sure why, I'm not particularly into fig or fruit scents. But I do enjoy this scent enough and no question the lather is SO EASY and effective... Might have to rediscover A&E again someday.

Los Jabones de Joserra - Vanitas - I was captured by the scent description ( Vanilla, Tonka Bean and Sandalwood ) Disappointed in the strength. Very Mild  (imo)

Shave experience is fine.  However, I prefer the base containing duck fact. Only ingredients listed are tallow and essential oils.
