Ishtar (Abbate y La Mantia) earthy oud

This is a spicey floral oud with claylike side notes. It reminds me of Abbate y La Mantia’s flowery Monet, but muddier. I liked Ishtar last winter when the skies were grey. I’m liking it even more in the spring with the flowers in full bloom. More of a cream than a croap, Ishtar makes lather building easy. Use lots of water and it will come out thick and slick.

Thanks Dave! It’s on the way out, and I’ll be glad to see this one done. To facilitate easier and quicker loading, I’ll probably scrape the soap up and redistribute towards the center of the tub.
