Spañish Fern (Joserra) helecho con duende
Shave 2
Sascoman, how long did you wait for the sunlight to hit the back of that bottle? It’s perfect. And the way the light limns the tips of the bristles. Fantastic. In fact, all of your pictures are beautiful. What an eye you have for composition, depth, and texture. I hope you don’t mind that I’ve reposted your photo to show everyone what I mean.
TommyCarioca, Blas de Lazo is a fine looking tub of soap. How does it smell? And can I ask what your favorite LJDJ fragrance is?
I’m totally sold on Joserra’s soaps. They’ve revived the fun of wet shaving. For the last year or so, irritation – whose cause I just couldn’t figure out – was pulling a dark cloud over my shaves. Strange to say, bad shaves were even messing with my moods. Just as a great shave can lighten the day, a nasty scraping can bring on the grumpitude. I’m a happier camper now that I’ve turned to Joserra. (At least that’s what I’ll tell Mrs Bouki when she sees what I’ve spent recently on new Spanish soaps.)

How long do you think it’s going to take to kill the Smoky Grapefruit off? You’re planning on 3017-ing it, right?

Took a day off recently and then back at it for a bit. Not good at 3017's but plan is to hit it hard. I'm terrible at guessing , measuring usage etc so no idea. The donut hole is forming now though and it's a 3 oz tub so smaller donut.

Tuberose Tuesday.
One of my favorite Joserra scents as highlighted here this week. The tuberose and jasmine are intoxicating and true to form.
From Saint Charles Shave in 2005, Mike’s, Mystic and on. There have been a lot of home made creations over the years. Jose Martinez might make my all time favorite soap base. Everything melds perfectly together.
