What soap/cream did you use today?

Wow...i had to go all the way back to October 2020 to find the last time I used Oleo Soapworks (remember when it was called Oleo ?)

Nero, I see what you mean when you write that this leathery fragrance has some gourmand notes. I’m getting chocolate nibs and vanilla along with the cedar and leather. The puck itself looks like milk chocolate, but the lather is white, and it doesn’t seem to stain my synthetic brush.

Yesterday I wrote that Verbena Toscana left me feeling dry. It did at first. But twelve hours after I put my razor down, my face still felt remarkably smooth, and when I woke up this morning, there was hardly any stubble to work with since my skin was still so plump. I’m really impressed with these Abbate y La Mantia hard soaps. Fans of dense goopy lather may be put off by their light texture at first, but their finish is very clean and satisfying.

Absolutely agree, Bouki. Definitely some chocolate and other goodies layered into that leather.
