What soap/cream did you use today?

So far, Iris is my favorite of the three Maxima soaps I have used.  All three generate superb lather, but Iris is the most delightful to my nose, and the most easily approachable for me.  Ironically, I really can't say how faithful the scent is to an iris.  I say "ironically" because iris is one of my wife's favorite flowers, and among the many that she grows and and beautifully arranges to grace our table with their beauty and fragrance.  I am certain though, that the scent is lusciously floral, as well as very clear and present.  Paired with Dior Homme Intense, a mildly contrasting floral musk, this shave was a real treat.

TC, I have them walking through my property all the time. Was out shoveling the bottom of the drive so that I can get out to work in the morning after 2 days of being cooped up and saw tracks coming across the road. Your picture looks more fun than my picture

Soap of the 2024 Semois Valley @karveshavingco still going strong and it makes you to appreciate little things

Brush on photo is Karve Nutmeg 20mm my Fav along with Tigerwood which are no longer made I was quite happy to obtain this brush!

Notes of Semois Valley are:

Fresh tobacco is a wonderful scent to behold! Rich and flowery with a hint of sweetness that is often described as caramel...there's something for everyone in this nuanced scent.

Semois Valley Shave Soap is named after the region surrounding the Semois river in Belgium, which I've seen and been there as child back early 90's!!

Kudos to Chris Kirchen for this one I completely dig
it!!

Collaboration would be cool with Will Carius @barristerandmann making this scent in Omninus this would be Fantastic!!
