New soap for me! My first A&E product too.

I was a bit taken aback by the appearance, but when you scoop some out, 3 or 4 mm under the surface it is more like mammoth ivory in colour. So is the lather.
From the description I half-expected it to smell like a smoothy, but it didn't.
Quote:Notes: Plum, dried fruits, tobacco, tonka bean, coffee, vanilla and a touch of Plumeria.
It smelled vaguely familiar once in a while, but then I would immediately forget what it reminded me of.

It's a very soft croap, more on the creamy side.

One of my favorite soaps right there!

It's a great scent!  And you may seeing a lot more of it since the donut hole just appeared Smile
I'm going to be sad when I see that hole in mine, although I can tell it's coming soon

Never smelled Spicebomb, but if it's anything like this, I need it! Vaguely familiar scent, this one... but I just can't put a finger on it. (Maybe I have smelled Spicebomb?)

Shave 12

This puck of Le Grand Chypre has been quietly maturing for about six years, untouched and hidden away. I stumbled upon it in the depths of a drawer during the holiday season at the ancestral home. I purchased it years ago, enjoyed it a handful of times, and subsequently overlooked it. Despite my records indicating a dozen uses, only 54 grams of soap remain. The fragrance is still potent, but the soap has noticeably shrunk, since the water – the second ingredient in the INCI – has mostly dissipated. Reviving this hard, dry soap has been fun.

Spice Bomb ostensibly déclassé (been told) but being a peasant, adore it...and what legs!
